Privacy notice

How Iron Mountain Training Group (IMTG) handles your information on this dashboard. Last updated November 7, 2026.

What we keep

• Your name, email and PractiScore or USPSA member number, to check you're a club member and let you sign in.
• Your password, stored only in scrambled form. Nobody at IMTG can see it.
• Crew jobs you ask for or are given, and the pay and payments for them.
• Your club series results, points and raffle tickets.
• Sign-in records (times and failed tries) to protect your account.

Who sees it

• You see your own jobs, pay and standing. Other members never see your pay.
• The leaderboard shows members' names, points and tickets to signed-in members.
• The club owner sees everything, to run matches and pay crew. A match director you work for sees that match's crew and your pay for it.
• We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for ads.

Where it's kept

On IMTG's private server at Google Cloud in the United States, with encrypted nightly backups kept for 35 days. The dashboard uses one cookie to keep you signed in. There's no tracking or advertising.

Age

The dashboard is for people 13 and older.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete your information, or close your account, email ironmountaintraininggroup@gmail.com. Some pay and payment records have to be kept for tax purposes.
